A Labrador retriever that finally passed the test to become a police dog last year after failing six times in a row officially made her debut Jan. 6. During a ceremony at a police academy in Takamatsu, Kagawa Prefecture, Kinako was given her assignment through March 2013. The 8-year-old dog — about 50 in human terms — will help the police with crime investigations and search-and-rescue missions. この映画はとても感動したしきなこが警察犬になれてよかった。

感想
今年は違う選手が選ばれると思っていたので正直驚きだった。

The Liverpool skipper, who turns 31 in May, admits he has been lifted by Kenny Dalglish's return as manager in the last fortnight.

But while he wants to carry on playing for as long as possible, he has not considered taking his coaching badges like team-mate Jamie Carragher.

He said: "It's not my main priority or focus at the moment, I still think that's a long way off.
